Vinci Inc. is the legal entity operating this website and the associated bulk-trading and materials commerce services (Vinci Trade Asia).

Vinci Inc. operates PAN-India through a group of registered entities. Contact: trade@realtymaze.com. Registered entity and correspondence details are shared with verified trade partners on request.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, business name, GST number, PAN, email, phone, delivery address and account credentials — when you register as a buyer or seller, request a quote, or place an order.

We also collect limited technical data (such as device and usage information) needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

To create and manage your account and partner tier; to process quotes, orders, payments, invoicing and delivery; to verify sellers; to communicate order, dispatch and account updates; and to comply with legal and tax obligations.

Payments & third-party services

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your full card details. Transactional emails are sent via our email provider. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

Data retention & security

We retain personal and transactional records for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable law (including tax and accounting requirements). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be handled under the returns process below. To cancel, email trade@realtymaze.com with your order number.

Returns eligibility

As bulk construction materials are made-to-order/commodity goods, returns are accepted only where material is: (a) damaged in transit, (b) materially different from the confirmed specification/grade, or (c) short-supplied. Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the invoice.

Non-returnable

Correctly supplied material that has been used, cut, or altered is not eligible for return. Minor variations within applicable IS tolerances are not considered defects.

Refund process

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time to reflect in your account depends on your bank/provider.

Replacements

For damaged or incorrect deliveries, we may offer a replacement or re-dispatch in place of a refund, at the buyer's option and subject to stock availability.
